I and my committee had been finding very considerable problems with the level of service provided by the managing agents we inherited from our developers.

The residents' committee took over the running of this estate of approximately 150 apartments in three main buildings two years ago and has been determined from the beginning to ensure that everything possible is being done to maintain a high level of service to residents.

Complete Property Management have been the management agents for the Tobacco Factory in the centre of Manchester since 2006. Ever since moving into mercury buildings several years ago things have just got better. Fast response when repairs are required whether major or minor and cost kept to a minimum allowing a healthy surplus found to have accumulated for any future works.

Reliable contractors used at all times and some I have used myself for private work done in my home as a result regular excellent and thorough cleaning throughout the internal and external parts of the building carried out by very pleasant and conscientious staff who are always happy to say hello and have a quick chat.

Quick action taken against any anti-social behaviour from residents or their guests many improvements made to the building such as C.C.T.V installed, redecoration, new carpets, and security locks etc to name a few.

We live on a small development of houses and apartments. Since changing to Complete Property Management we have all seen an improvement in the way the site is maintained. Since asking Complete Property Management to take over the management of our development in mid 2007 we have been delighted with their professionalism, attention to detail and perhaps most important of all their proactive approach to ensuring that not only issues which we identify, but ones we did not even know about, are attended to.

For example ensuring that we have health and safety and fire procedures documented and available for all residents, replacing our exterior lighting with 'green' low energy systems which are also much more effective than the ones they replaced.

It is refreshing to know that our statutory financial returns are now handled well ahead of the due date rather than at the last minute as previously. Of equal importance is the knowledge that our financial reserves are maintained at an adequate level to allow any required works to be carried out with no fuss or worry.

The staff at Complete, as well as being highly professional, are also very friendly and always contactable. Any contractors that they bring to site are always qualified to do the job, efficient, reliable, clean up after themselves and very pleasant, just like the people at Complete.

The last three years has seen a major turnaround in the appearance and management of our site and deciding to work with Complete has, without doubt, been the best decision we have made."

Since complete took over the management of our building there has been an impressive change. The building is now clean and smart and a comprehensive external maintenance program has been completed. Contracts have been changed to more competitive rates and we are now budgeting for both planned and unplanned work. Service charge arrears were firmly tackled and are now negligible.

Complete have made the role of director far easier. They are professional, knowledgeable and are swift to deal with problems that arise. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
