Ever since moving into mercury buildings several years ago things have just got better. Fast response when repairs are required whether major or minor and cost kept to a minimum allowing a healthy surplus found to have accumulated for any future works.

Reliable contractors used at all times and some I have used myself for private work done in my home as a result regular excellent and thorough cleaning throughout the internal and external parts of the building carried out by very pleasant and conscientious staff who are always happy to say hello and have a quick chat.

Quick action taken against any anti-social behaviour from residents or their guests many improvements made to the building such as CCTV installed, redecoration, new carpets, and security locks etc. to name a few.

Upon appointment, there were a number of issues such as: finances being in disarray and many maintenance issues which had accumulated over the years but had failed to be addressed.
